The Global Obligations Organisation

is a proposed new institution to address economic inequality and disenfranchisement in the world.  Such an organisation would:

●  be financially sound, ethically fair, and legally and politically realistic.

●   join the needy and the philanthropic into one democratic organisation.

●   provide services to those in need, on a contractual, not charitable basis.

●   provide a vehicle for concerned global citizens to directly participate.

●   satisfy the ideological goals of both the conservative right and activist left.

Brief Business Model  Written in 2000 but still a useful brief introduction.

More detailed introduction:  Written in 2000, before the rise of social media, the Global Financial Crisis of 2008/9, the so-called Arab Spring in 2011, the Covid-19 pandemic in 2019, Donald Trump’s rise in the USA, foreign interference in elections, and Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.  But most of it is still totally relevant!

Proposed Mission Statement Draft written in 2015 indicates the guiding statements of the proposed Global Obligations Organization.
